Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Online Meal Box ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our services.

Services

Online Meal Box provides corporate dining solutions and meal delivery services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process
  • Maintain the security of your password and identification
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
  • Not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services

Orders and Payments

When placing an order through our service:

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through our services
  • Payment must be made at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Online Meal Box shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Online Meal Box operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
